10 ways to be happy


This time lets start with number 10 and get to the best as we move on..........



10. Get lots of sleep. There's no better way to start the day than waking up totally rejuvenated.


9. Don't stress too much over your job. Whatever happens, it's just a job.


8. Stay away from unhappy, egoistic, super-emotional people who refuse to be helped.


7. Never let anyone force you into doing anything that you don't want to do.


6. Shop. Buying stuff for yourself is good.


5. Eat. Screw diets (unless, of course, they are needed for health or medical reasons).


4. Celebrate. All achievements need to be celebrated


3. Do some crazy stuff which you thought of doing before[ like engaging in a fisticuff, proposing a girl just fro the sake of it etc etc whichever comes to your mind].


2. Spend some quality time with your friends and family.


1. Don't ask yourself if you're happy. You are perfectly happy as long as you don't ask yourself if you are.
